Benchmarking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u25baBenchmarking means \u2018to find and follow the best practices to produce or get the best result in terms of performance , profit, productivity etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25baThe top management or safety department can constitute a team of experienced supervisors or engineers to notice following things;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.What are the defects in present practice <\/strong>to work on machines, vessels, equipments etc. and doing some hazardous job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.To think and search for best practice to remove above defects <\/strong>and to follow these best practices to reduce accidents and to improve the safety performance rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Such search of best practice can be derived by interview and discussing with own people or from outside work place <\/strong>where such best practices are followed and good results are achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.Such decided best practice should be implemented at desired places <\/strong>and when they give desired results, they should be benchmarked as a target for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.Similarly from the other observations and past record of accidents, other areas, work methods, machinery or technology should be identified which improvement for better performance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
