1.Incomplete, ambiguous or badly expressed message<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.Absence of clarity of thought<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Absence of brevity and exactness, unwanted length, words, repetitions etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.Timeliness i.e. the message does not reach in time<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.Lack of attention by receivers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.Organizational barrier \u2013 scalar chain of command, filtering of message, excessive control etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.Status barrier- subordinates has fear to report everything to superior and may hide unpleasant facts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.Perceptual barrier- receiver may pay attention only on that part where he has interest or liking and may underrate or filter the message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.Information overload- due to overload work, managers may ignore some message, may forget to inform some people or may send incomplete message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.Premature evaluation- the receiver evaluates the message before getting complete information i.e he derives premature conclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11.Channel distortion- physical, mechanical or electronic disturbance or mistransmission due to channel distortion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.Improper order of information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13.Improper selection of medium<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14.Emotional or sentimental message<\/p>\n\n\n\n
