Improve them. <br>Use ergonomic deisgn. <br>Correct it<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Work quantity (goal) excessive<\/td><td>Study results, spoilage, effects of workload on body etc. <br>Carry out time motion study<\/td><td>Make the goal attainable. <br>From the result, adjust the work, machine, tool etc.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Work quantity is not obtained in spite of good efforts<\/td><td>Check the material. Change supervisor if necessary<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Wage difference for same &amp; similar type of work<\/td><td>Labor unrest. Complaint. Litigation.<\/td><td>Resolve by group discussion. Give justification and attend properly.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Settlement with workers delayed.<\/td><td>Observe go slow, strike etc. Labor unrest.<\/td><td>Try to make settlement. Justify delay.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Union rivalry<\/td><td>Entry of new union and new demand. Workers\u2019 struggle<\/td><td>Justify right union. Take legal action. Settle the issue if possible<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Disciplinary actions against workers<\/td><td>The worker\u2019s reaction. Support of other workers to him.<\/td><td>Justify before and after taking action. Convince others.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Strike, non co-operation etc.<\/td><td>Find reason of dissatisfaction<\/td><td>Remove reasons.
